My starting point is the need to create and make happen the ideas and concepts for which I do not have words that suffice. In the end, I want my works to stand in a quiet and wordless state where the senses can focus almost meditatively. And then if the pieces don't ignite a spark in the viewer, I have failed as an artist.
If I could explain and reveal my intent with words, I would be a writer.
